I help couples, through an individualized approach, to achieve and maintain healthy successful relationships.

Themes I love to work with:

  • Creating clarity around the couple’s vision for your future, your roles in the relationship, understanding each other’s needs, personality differences and expectations, and plans for a future family. Sustaining a healthy balance of intimacy, connection, and independence.

  • Building on shared core values and needs, and a shared vision for the future. Developing relationship intelligence skills. Keeping communication open and learning to diffuse conflict without damaging the connection. Setting healthy boundaries for mutual respect and increasing love.

  • Embracing the life change and keeping the communication open, honest, and supportive eg. through Illness, radical surgery or cancer.

  • Understanding and embracing personality differences and each other’s love languages. Building more intimacy, mutual compassion, love, respect, individual growth and embracing each other’s differences.

  • Mediating between the parties to minimise damage for both parties, with fairness and maturity while maintaining healthy boundaries. Reconfiguring the family in the best possible way with a solid parenting plan.

 

I believe that a long-term relationship between 2 people is truly healthy and successful when the ME identities of both partners mutually see to the well-being of the US identity, and themselves.

 

Some of the roles I play as your relationship coach are: 

  • The objective observer

  • The supporter of the intimate relationship space between you both

  • The co-creator of processes and practices to create the desired change

  • The co-constructor collaborating with both of you to find suitable solutions to get your relationship back into the healthy and successful relationship zone 

  • My coaching processes and effective solutions are appropriate for all intimate partnerships and structures whether they be heterosexual, LGBTQI or love triangles etc

By the end of my full couple coaching program you will be able to:

    Understand deeply with compassionate acceptance who you both are in personality, and authenticity with the use of enneagram reports and coaching.

  • Have confidence

    That you and your partner can handle conflict and communicate in a healthy, loving, trusting and respectful way.

  • Have perspective

    Easily access the perspective of the other so as to support, understand and affirm each other and find workable solutions.

  • Have insight

    Separate what is yours, theirs, our ‘stuff’ and feel, think and act accordingly with accountability.

  • Have the knowledge

    on how to feed, foster, honour, and put love into the relationship space.

  • Have the tools

    to navigate through complexities that impact the relationship space whilst maintaining a meaningful connection, and a healthy intimate partnership.

  • Live consciously

    and be aligned, knowing what your values, beliefs and vision are individually and as a couple.

  • Respect and support

    each other’s individual identities.

I offer a series of set coaching packages; however we most often design a bespoke package for you, focussed on your needs, goals, intentions, desires and vision.

All the packages to some degree follow a similar path using the ACT Process.

The enneagram was our starting block as understanding myself was an important as part of my coaching goals.
